Repeated late or non-payment
Lack of communication
Dishonesty or unethical behavior
Disrespect for processes, boundaries, or staff
Scope creep without agreement on changes
Spam (e.g., contacting us across multiple platforms or via DMs)
Failure to follow required steps or refusal to complete onboarding forms
We also expect full income transparency. This includes reporting any cash income outside of 1099s.
