What It Really Takes to Build a Brand That Lasts
There’s a quiet kind of grit that goes into building something real online. This week on Cash, Content, & Chaos, I sit down with Kit the Beefcake. She’s, a creator and client who’s built her audience on consistency, creativity and an almost scientific understanding of what makes people connect.
Kit’s journey started in fitness and evolved into a full-time creative business. What makes her story so powerful isn’t her overnight success, but how intentional she’s been about every step. She does everything with purpose.
Kit says “Every time someone pays me a dollar, part of that dollar is for me and part of it’s an investment in what my content could become.”.
That’s the mindset shift most creators miss. Virality is great but building a long term business is better.
The Real Side of the Work
Kit also opens up about ADHD, burnout, and why her brain works best when she gives it room to do what it does naturally - go all in and then rest. She calls ADHD her “edge”, and after hearing her talk you'll understand why it’s not chaos but instead a creative rhythm. The trick is learning how to use it instead of fighting it.
A Studio Built for Freedom
Kit’s taking what she’s learned and turning it into something bigger, a 2,400 square foot studio in Los Angeles. It’s a space where she can work and film and she plans to collaborate with other creators there in the near future. She’s proof that when you take your creativity seriously and are honest with yourself about your working style, business can grow beyond your imagination.
